Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy sets out your rights and obligations when subscribing to services provided by MedTrackr Ltd (“MedTrackr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). It applies to all subscriptions purchased via our website at www.medtrackr.co.uk.

1. Free Trial Periods

  • Monthly Subscription: New users selecting a monthly subscription are entitled to a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel within the 7-day trial period, your chosen payment method will be automatically charged at the monthly subscription rate on the 8th day and every month thereafter.
  • Annual Subscription: New users selecting an annual subscription are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period. If you do not cancel within the 14-day period, your chosen payment method will be automatically charged for the annual subscription fee.

2. How to Cancel During Trial or Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your subscription at any time within the applicable trial or cancellation period:

  • Log into your MedTrackr account and use the cancellation function; or
  • Contact us at msupport@medtrackr.co.uk.
Cancellations made within the applicable period mean you will not be charged.

3. Subscription Renewals and Ongoing Payments

  • Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
  • Annual subscriptions automatically renew each year until cancelled.
  • By purchasing a subscription, you authorise MedTrackr to collect recurring payments from your chosen payment method unless you cancel in advance.

4. Cancellations After Trial or Cooling-Off Period

  • If you cancel after the 7-day (monthly) or 14-day (annual) period, you will continue to have access to MedTrackr until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are offered for unused time. For example:
    • Cancelling partway through a month does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining days.
    • Cancelling an annual plan after 14 days does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund.

5. Refunds

  • Except as required under UK consumer law, all payments are non-refundable once the applicable trial or cooling-off period has expired.
  • Refunds will only be provided where legally required (for example, if services were not supplied as described).

6. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
