During recruitment we process your CV, contact details, work history, qualifications, right‑to‑work information and, where appropriate, pre‑employment checks. MedTrackr Ltd is the controller. We use this data to assess your suitability, arrange interviews and make offers. Lawful bases: performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in running our business; legal obligation for right‑to‑work checks.

Sharing and retention

We share applicant data with recruitment platforms and background‑check providers under contract. We keep unsuccessful applicant data for up to 12 months (or longer where legally required) and then delete it securely.
