Q. Who can use MedTrackr?
Individual healthcare professionals such as nurses, doctors, carers, and allied health workers.
Q. Is MedTrackr only for UK users?
MedTrackr is UK-based and fully GDPR compliant, but healthcare professionals globally can use it.
Q. Is my data safe on MedTrackr?
Yes. We are ICO registered and GDPR compliant. All documents are encrypted and secure.
Q. Who can see my documents?
Only you and employers you choose to share with.
Q. How long does MedTrackr keep my data?
You can remove your data immediately by deleting your account. If you don’t delete it yourself, MedTrackr will retain it for 6–12 months before permanent removal.
Q. What happens if I cancel my subscription?
EYou’ll lose premium features, but you can request a full data export or account deletion.
Q. Do I need to verify my identity to join?
Yes, all users complete ID verification.
